Blackbaud data breach affecting UK universities and colleges

Pembroke Members may be aware from reports in the media that the company Blackbaud, which supplies relationship management software to many universities and colleges in the UK, was the target of a ransomware attack in which it is understood that personal data was stolen.

Although Blackbaud is a supplier to Pembroke, the College does not use the software that was compromised in the data breach and it is our firm understanding that no data pertaining to our alumni, Fellows, staff or students have been compromised, accessed illegally or stolen.
