Cricket Match: Graduates vs Fellows and Staff

The graduates beat the Fellows and staff in an annual cricket match at the College Sports Ground yesterday afternoon.

Groundsman Trevor Munns, who played on the staff team, says: 'This is the third year we've held this particular match. It has been going ever since we've had enough staff interest to form a team.' Staff from a range of departments, including the kitchens and the finance office, stepped up to the plate.

There was plenty of good-natured banter between the two opposing teams and the match was followed by afternoon tea.
