International Security and Intelligence speakers confirmed

ISI posterThe International Programmes Department is pleased to confirm the plenary speakers on this year’s International Security and Intelligence (ISI) summer programme.  Now in its second year, ISI is available as a three week programme with an optional fourth week and is open to undergraduates, graduates, professionals and others with an interest in contemporary security and intelligence challenges.

Setting the direction of the programme, the eight plenary lectures will be given by Sir Richard Dearlove, Professor Christopher Andrew, James Pavitt, Lord Wilson, Professor Lord Hennessy, Professor Sir David Omand, Richard Clarke and Sir Jonathan Evans.  Key theme lectures and seminars led by the programme convenors will explore the issues faced by intelligence agencies in the twenty-first century, and participants will have the opportunity to do their own research through a series of supervisions.

The deadline for applications is 23 May 2014 and more information can be found on our web pages at: http://www.pem.cam.ac.uk/international-programmes/summer-programmes/intelligence/
