All First Years and Second Years in Foundress Court rooms

All first year undergraduates in College and second year undergraduates in Foundress Court must fully clear their rooms on departure at the end of each term

Second years in College rooms (excluding Foundress Court rooms), Dolby Court, hostels and non graduating third years in College or hostels

  Graduating third and fourth years in College, Dolby Court or hostels

Second years in College rooms (excluding Foundress Court) hostels, third and fourth years in College and hostels should tidy their rooms and leave them in a reasonable state so as to facilitate any essential maintenance or cleaning work that needs to be carried out. Belongings are left in rooms at their owner's own risk and College is in no way responsible for any loss or damage to these items.
